Dr. Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Mirdad More than 19 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to join the CITC, he was the V.P. technology at naseej. Also co – founder & principal engineer at info Libria, a leading provider of internet solutions for content distribution & delivery products. Part of his work at info libria, he co-authored a number of worldwide patents on content distribution &delivery. He has a PhD, in computer science from Boston University. His patented research was one of the first to propose the integration application & communications layers ( know as layered switches ) as well as routing & caching ( transparency between networks &applications ). He was the first to introduce the concept of transparent Proxies. He received as M.S in computer science from the American university at Washington D.C & B.S in computer engineering from the KFUPM.
