Yasser Alobaidan after obtaining his double degree in B.Sc computer science and business administration, pursuit his career in year 2000 with Ericsson Saudi Arabia as Solution Manager for Value Added Services. He then moved to Ericsson VP in Stockholm, Sweden working as Sales Manager for Middle East and Africa. During this period, he worked on his Master Degree in Business Administration in Technology Commercialization from Alberta University, Edmonton, Canada.
In 2007, Mr. Alobaidan joined Zain as Business Growth Manager. His main role involves leading and developing growth opportunities for Zain KSA through strategic partnerships acquisitions as well as developing mega projects.
Mr. Alobaidan was recognized for the last two consecutive years as a Key contributor in Zain KSA for his significant contributions towards the launch of Zain in Saudi Arabia.
With over 9 years of IT and Telecommunications experience, including data, web, VAS and wireless background and his entrepreneurial drive Mr. Alobaidan was able to successfully manage developing telecom business in Saudi Arabia, and create new telecom business that exceed expectations.
