Richard provides more than 30 years experience in Information and Communication Technology and is one of the leading experts for ICT and High Tech in Central Europe. Richard graduated at a technical college department telecommunications and electronics and accomplished a General Manager education at the Austrian Hernstein Institute. Richard has vast national and international industry experience with corporations such as Global Metro Networks, Telenor, TerreStar, Nera Networks and Motorla. Because of Richard’s strong efforts for the Austrian business he became Austrian Commercial Counselor. In 1993 he started his entrepreneurship with the 4C consult (www.4C-consult.com) focusing on high tech & telecoms; he was instrumental for founding several ICT focused companies. Richard provides entrepreneurial spirit and expertise as CEO, General Manager, Supervisory Board Member, Business Developer, Executive Consultant and Project Manager. In 2006 Richard founded a wireless equipment manufacturer and developer called WiMAN broadband (www.wiman-broadband.com). Since 2007 Richard’s 4C consult is partner of the Saudi 2MAS integrated solutions and became Vice President of Business Development. In October 2008 a government to government workshop was organized by the Saudi e-Government Program "Yesser" in cooperation with 4C Consulting and 2MAS Integrated Solutions company (www.2mas.com.sa) to share Austrian practices and exchange of experiences in the field of electronic transactions and their implementations in government.
